Technology exists in every thing that we
see and encounter in our everyday lives. We might not be aware of it but it is
technology. For the past years, technology has been rapidly developing from
being the simplest to the most complex tool being used today, and still keeps
on evolving to satisfy the growing need of a person.
From
the seminars I attended during my EM-TECH class, I have learned a lot from some
of the emerging technologies currently available such sa the e-Health, Android,
MAMS(Media Assets Management System), and SAP. Although, some of them were
still unclear to me, but I know that these technologies were made and developed
for the convenience of the end user. I hope I could attend more of these
seminars so that I could be more aware of the existing technologies I might use
for my everyday life.
During
those times, there is this one question that I always ponder about. What other
technology will be available in the future for us, people, to use? Maybe, I am
not the only one who wants this question to be answered and I definitely know
that forever is not enough to satisfy this question. For the reason that
development of new technologies is another thing that is constant aside from
change.
I
can say that technlogy is quite unpredictable, we will never know what
technology will be created in the future. It might be good or bad for different
person but there is one thing that I am sure of and that is emerging technology
is a never-ending process of wanting and satisfying a need.
